We guarantee that any product you buy from us will be free of any defects in workmanship and quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item you have purchased, and believe it to be defective, we will replace it with an identical item at no charge to you.  If you do not like any item you have purchased that is not a custom made item (review return policy) we will gladly give you a full refund. RETURN POLICY

FCO Home Goods offers an easy return policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your futon cover, you may return the item within 30 days after the day you received it. The only cost is the return ship charge. We do not charge a restocking fee. To return an item, please read further for specific instructions.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO CUSTOM SIZING OR RESTRICTIONS DUE TO SANITARY BEDDING LAWS: ANY COVER ORDERED WITH A 4 INCH LOFT (6 INCH LOFTS ARE RETURNABLE) , TWIN 39 INCH x 75 INCH COVERS OF ANY FABRIC (twin size is considered a custom size, not standard), FABRIC BY THE YARD, FUTON GRIPPER PADS, AND MATTRESS PROTECTORS.

To return any item that is returnable, WHICH INCLUDES ALL FULL OR QUEEN COVERS ORDERED FROM THE SITE WITH 6 INCH LOFTS, PILLOWS, AND BOLSTERS, please submit your return authorization via email only to info@fcohomegoods.com, and request a return authorization number, remembering to include the information described in the next paragraph. Please note that if you send any merchandise back without receiving shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number, your will not be credited and your merchandise will be promptly returned to you:

1. Your name, address and daytime phone number.

2. The fabric name of the cover, pillows, and/or bolsters you are returning.

3. The date that you ordered the products with the confirmation number, if you have it.

4. The reason for the return.

Reminder: You must submit your return request within 30 days of the receipt of your items. This will be confirmed with UPS or FedEx tracking.

Please note that any cover that is returned with any evidence of human or animal hair, food residues, urine or smoke odor, dirt, dust, smudge marks, or any other evidence of use,or evidence of washing or drying, is not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable, and will be immediately returned to the customer. This is due to State Sanitary Bedding Laws.

One Year Full Replacement Warranty

All of our futon covers, pillows, and round bolsters, are guaranteed for one full year to be free of defects in workmanship. We will replace, at our discretion, the exact fabric if available, or the nearest color or similar style of fabric. To obtain a replacement item, you must ship the defective item back. FCO Home Goods will not pickup or issue call tags for defective merchandise, but will credit you back the shipping once the item is replaced. The one year guarantee covers defects in workmanship including sewing and construction, flaws in the fabric not attributed to damage caused by animals, sharp objects, liquid damage, mildew, mold, or other damage not associated with the manufacture of the product itself. Direct exposure to intense sun light and sunlight fading is not covered under the warranty, so placement of any of our products if possible in areas not exposed directly to the sun is advisable.

Free Shipping

We provide standard ground shipping free, with any item you purchase, if you reside in the continental U.S.A. We DO NOT ship to Canada or any other location outside the U.S.A. All free shipping is either UPS ground or FedEx. Most in-stock futon covers typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. In some cases, if you order a custom cover with a 4 inch loft, the approximate delivery time could be up to 3-4 weeks. Please allow extra time for these orders as they are custom manufactured and there is always a small queue to have these covers made. If you would like to expedite your order (though usually it will arrive very quickly so most customers have no need to rush their item) you can call us after placing your order online, and we can provide rush service and UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air shipment at an additional charge, but you will need to provide your credit card information to us via phone, since we do not keep credit card numbers once you have processed your order online.

Please note that shipping is NOT included for free in your order if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, and we ship only UPS 2nd Day Air to these states, at a minimum cost of $40, but additional items such as pillows or bolsters can increase shipping to Alaska or Hawaii to $60 or more. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii using the U.S. Postal Service. You must call 1-800-231-1651 after you place your order to pay for these shipping charges before your order will be processed. If you place an online order for Alaska or Hawaii, it will not be automatically shipped to you until you contact us by phone and provide credit card information to add the surcharge. We do not store credit card information, so you must call and provide a credit card number to finalize the shipping charges before your order will be processed.
